What does it mean by correct folder?
Uhm, well, for example: If you submit a character ref, you need to submit it to the folder named "reference sheets"

You need go draw a picture of your character! You can do it on paper and take a photo with your phone if you don't have any srt software on your computer.
Or maybe use puppy maker/something similiar?
